A performance by a group founded by a juggler and performer Stefan Sing. Originally, the artists met in an informal formation to experiment and improvise. Along the way, the group called Critical Mess emerged from these meetings combining theatre, dance and juggling in their performances.
The actor, performer and circus artist is known to the international audience as the king of absurd. During this year's festival, he will tell a story of a lonely and frustrated postal worker who seeks oblivion in his Sunday fishing trips. This time helps him rediscover himself and dream about his success.
Javier, Sergio and Jorge, right in front of the audience, will make a journey to the center of the earth to find the life-giving spring. Their circus skills will help them on their quest. However, to accomplish it they will also need creativity, determination and some help from the audience. The performance is symbolic.
In this performance, balance is the key word. The creator of the show uses the tools of the circus acrobatics and applies them in a comic manner. The viewers witness a variety of tricks and the chosen ones become an important part of the show. A whole collection of specially prepared props, such as golf clubs, glasses, whips and fire plays an essential part in the performance.
It’s going to be a truly fairy-tale street performance with extraordinary actors. Let us introduce to FABIOLA and GIULIO - a girl and her dog. This crazy couple will take the audience on a whirlwind adventure to their world of puppets. Everything will be supervised by a puppeteer and puppet maker: Nives Valsecchi with Giancarlo Casati.
The artistic duo, Julia and Liam, will present a juggling set wrapped in magical choreography. Using their hands, they will construct an abstract world of angles and curves where they create their own terms of principles of physics. They will invite the audience to it, forming a place for random improvisation.
