OFCA FESTIVAL REGULATIONS
REGULATIONS OF THE EVENT held under the name: “OFCA Contemporary Circus Festival”
In order to ensure the safety of the participants of the event, we hereby introduce these Regulations (hereinafter referred to as: the Regulations), worded as follows:
The Regulations, issued by the Organizer, i.e. by the “Fundacja OFCA” based at ul. Solarza 2B, 56-400 Oleśnica, KRS 559954, NIP 9112010907 (hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer), apply to the event under the name: OFCA Contemporary Circus Festival which will be held from 13 to 16 August 2026 in Oleśnica (hereinafter referred to as: the Festival).
1. The purpose of the Regulations is to ensure the safety of participants of the Festival by defining the rules of behaviour of the persons present.
2. The Regulations are addressed to all the persons who will be staying in places where the Festival is being held. Therefore, any person staying in this area during the event is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
3. The events taking place during the Festival are free of charge, except for stage shows. Tickets for stage shows will be sold at the Infopoint during the Festival, as well as before the start of the Festival through the websites indicated by the Organizer on the Festival website, i.e. www.festiwalofca.pl, only tickets purchased in the manner indicated above, presented to the person carrying out the inspection at the entrance, entitle the holder to admission to stage shows.
4. A Festival participant who reports for a ticket check after the start time of the stage show indicated on the ticket will not be admitted to the performance. The Organizer is not obliged to refund any money for a ticket not used in such a way.
5. The Organizer establishes the minimum age limit for admission to each stage show. People with a valid ticket who have not reached the age required by the Organizer will not be admitted to the performances. In case of doubt, at the request of representatives of the Organizer, a school ID card or other document proving that the required age has been reached must be presented. The Organizer is not obliged to refund any money for a ticket not used in such a way. Information on the age of entry to individual performances is additionally announced in descriptions on the Festival website (www.festiwalofca.pl), the Festival fanpage (www.facebook.com/festiwalofca) and printed materials distributed during the Festival, including on stage show tickets, as well as on websites through which tickets for performances can be purchased, as indicated by the Organizer on the Festival website.
6. Refunds of tickets are accepted only if the Festival or an individual performance is cancelled. The Organizer will each time announce the possibilities and dates of refunding tickets on the website (www.festiwalofca.pl) and on the fanpage of the Festival on Facebook (www.facebook.com/festiwalofca).
7. The Organizer is not obliged to refund money for tickets not used by the Participant.
8. Participants of the Festival and all other persons remaining at the venue are obliged to behave in a way that does not endanger the safety of other persons present at the Festival. It is forbidden to destroy equipment located on the Festival premises. Participants of the Festival and all other persons who are at its venue are obliged to follow the instructions of the Organizer and Security Service.
9. The Festival’s Security Service or the Organizer may remove from the Festival venue those who disturb public order or behave contrary to the Regulations. Persons who have been denied access to the Festival, or who have been removed from it, are not entitled to any claims against the Organizer, in particular claims related to the refund of the ticket price.
10. The Organizer may refuse to admit to the Festival:
a) a person under the visible influence of alcohol, intoxicants, psychotropic drugs or other similarly acting substances,
b) a person carrying weapons or other dangerous objects, explosives, pyrotechnic materials, fire hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages, intoxicants or psychotropic substances, or other objects which, in the Organizer’s opinion, may cause a threat,
c) a person behaving aggressively, provocatively, or otherwise posing a threat to safety.
11. The Organizer ensures the safety and order of persons present at the Festival, among others, through:
a) providing Security Service at designated places,
b) informing the Police and Fire Brigade about the Festival being organized and cooperating with them to ensure safety.
12. It is forbidden to conduct any commercial or other economic activity, as well as advertising and promotional activity, at the venue of the Festival without the consent of the Organizer.
13. The Participant of the Festival is obliged to comply with the current (during the Festival) sanitary guidelines established by the state authorities.
14. The number of seats available in the audience during stage performances will depend on the currently applicable sanitary guidelines.
15. The Organizer is not liable for any damage or harm to health that may arise in connection with participation in the Festival by a Participant or by persons under their care (e.g. minor children), whether toward that Participant or third parties. This liability rests entirely with the Participant.
16. The Organizer of the Festival is not responsible for items left at the Festival venue by Participants and other people remaining at the venue.
17. The Organizer is not liable for the effects of force majeure.
18. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or shorten the Festival, as well as to implement changes to the programme without prior notice, especially in the event of adverse weather conditions or equipment failure.
19. In case of disputes, the ultimate and final decision is made by the Organizer.
20. Participation in the Festival also includes consent for the Participant’s image to be recorded, photographed or otherwise captured, and used for the purposes of posting on websites, social media, printed publications and other promotional and information materials of the Organizers, Partners and Sponsors of the Festival.
21. During the Festival, a campsite for visitors is organized, located on the outer grounds of the Oleśnica Castle, together with the OFCA Slackline event. Tickets for the Campsite and for Slackline will be sold at the Registration point at the Castle. Participants of the Campsite and of OFCA Slackline are additionally subject to other relevant Regulations, i.e. the Campsite Regulations and the OFCA Slackline Regulations.
22. These Regulations are available:
– at the Festival website, i.e. www.festiwalofca.pl;
– at the Infopoint, located at the Oleśnica Market Square;
– at the Festival Registration point, located at the Oleśnica Castle.
INFORMATION CLAUSE
In accordance with Article 13 para. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform that:
1. The Administrator of your personal data is the Fundacja OFCA with its registered office at ul. Solarza 2B w Oleśnicy (postal code: 56-400), e-mail address: biuro@festiwalofca.pl.
2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of informing the public about the activities of the Fundacja OFCA, in particular by reproducing, capturing, and distributing the image, also together with images of other people, in the form of electronic media, including websites and social media.
3. The Administrator will process identification data (e.g. image).
4. You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object, to request the cessation of processing and data transfer, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
5. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
6. The recipients of your personal data may be social media operators. In addition, recipients of your data may be institutions authorized by law.
7. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
8. The Administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
9. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the purpose of the processing, i.e. until your consent to the distribution of your image is withdrawn, with effect at the end of the calendar month in which the consent is withdrawn.

CAMPSITE REGULATIONS
OFCA Campsite Regulations
The Regulations, issued by the organiser of the Campsite, i.e. EVENTCARE sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Oleśnica, ul. Ignacego Solarza 2B, 56-400 Oleśnica, KRS 0001243829, NIP 9112063482, REGON 544859209, e-mail address: eventcare.sp@gmail.com (hereinafter: “Organiser”), is in force on the campsite organised for the “OFCA Contemporary Circus Festival” (hereinafter: “Festival”), organised by Fundacja OFCA, on the outer grounds of the Oleśnica Castle on 13-17.08.2026, hereinafter referred to as the Campsite.
1. The Campsite is open from 12:00 pm on Thursday, 13th August to 12:00 pm on Monday, 17th August 2026.
2. The use of the Campsite costs 180 PLN. It is a fee per one person (hereinafter referred to as the Participant), for the whole time when the Campsite is organised. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from paying for using the campsite. The Organiser does not provide for any discounts related to a shorter (than maximum available) stay of the Participant at the Campsite. Persons holding a valid OFCA Slackline wristband are entitled to use the Campsite free of charge. It is possible to enter the site by camper. The fee for the vehicle is 250 PLN and does not exempt the owner from paying for the Campsite according to the price list above.
3. Participants under the age of 18 may participate in the Festival and use the Campsite on the basis of the consent of a legal guardian submitted during registration at the Festival Registration point.
4. A person under the age of 16 may participate in the Festival and use the Campsite only under the supervision of an adult designated by the legal guardian, who, at the first entrance to the Festival, signs the declaration of responsibility for the minor at the Registration point.
5. Each person remaining at the Campsite must wear a wristband. The wristbands are obtained at the Registration point after paying the fee and signing a statement confirming that the person has read and accepted the Campsite Regulations. Registration takes place at the Oleśnica Castle, ul. Zamkowa 4, during the following hours: Thursday 12:00-21:00, Friday 10:00-21:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00. The wristband must be put on the Participant’s hand by the Organiser’s service.
6. A Participant of the Campsite with a wristband may, as part of the Campsite fee, use the showers and toilets located at the Campsite.
7. Entrance to the area of the Campsite is only allowed for persons with wristbands and persons authorised by the Organiser.
8. Admission to the Campsite is forbidden to:
a) persons who do not have the required wristbands nor the Organiser’s authorisation,
b) persons under the influence of alcohol and intoxicants,
c) persons who have been denied access to the Campsite for safety reasons by a security guard.
9. Entering and staying at the Campsite means full acceptance of these Regulations.
10. At the entrance to the Campsite, Participants are obliged to show a wristband authorising them to enter the site.
11. At the Campsite it is prohibited to:
a) make bonfires,
b) have a barbecue,
c) use open fire in tents,
d) use gas cylinders,
e) devastate infrastructure and interfere in any way with the surrounding greenery,
f) disturb order,
g) litter the area,
h) bring in items that may threaten the safety of participants (e.g. firearms, firecrackers, knuckledusters, clubs, smoke candles, knives),
i) bring in and consume alcohol, intoxicants and psychotropic substances,
j) bring in animals (exception: dogs – obligatory on a leash, with a muzzle),
k) conduct any commercial, advertising, acquisition or cash collection activities without the Organiser’s consent,
l) satisfy physiological needs outside the toilets,
ł) supply electricity to a tent or camper van.
12. It is forbidden to destroy and devastate the equipment at the Campsite and to dig holes and trenches around the tents. In case of doing the above, the Participant is obliged to restore the initial state.
13. The Participant is obliged to comply with the current (during the Festival) sanitary guidelines established by the state authorities.
14. People who do not comply with the above Regulations will be expelled from the Campsite without any possibility of return.
15. The Organiser is not liable for the destruction, loss or theft of items belonging to the Participant, including equipment left by the Participant in the tent where the Organiser enables the charging of electronic equipment.
16. The Participant is obliged to follow all instructions of the Organiser and security service.
17. The Organiser is not liable for damages and accidents of the Campsite Participants.
18. In case of disputed matters not regulated by these Regulations, the decision is taken by a representative of the Organiser. In disputed matters, the Participant may submit a complaint to the Organiser at the Registration point, in writing to the Organiser’s registered office address, or by e-mail to: eventcare.sp@gmail.com. The Organiser will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
19. A Participant who is a consumer and concludes an agreement away from the Organiser’s business premises is not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal from the agreement, as the agreement concerns an accommodation service provided on a specified date (Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).

SLACKLINE REGULATIONS
“OFCA Slackline” Regulations
In order to ensure the safety of participants of the event, these regulations are hereby established (hereinafter referred to as: the “Regulations”), worded as follows:
The Regulations, issued by the organiser of the event, i.e. by EVENTCARE sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Oleśnica, ul. Ignacego Solarza 2B, 56-400 Oleśnica, KRS 0001243829, NIP 9112063482, REGON 544859209, e-mail address: eventcare.sp@gmail.com (hereinafter referred to as: the “Organiser”), apply to the “OFCA Slackline” event, which will take place from 13 to 16 August 2026 in Oleśnica as part of the “OFCA Contemporary Circus Festival” (hereinafter referred to as: the “Festival”), organised by Fundacja OFCA.
1. Participation in OFCA Slackline is open to adults with slackline experience (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”). Minors may not participate in OFCA Slackline.
2. Participation in OFCA Slackline is payable and amounts to PLN 330. This is a fee for one person, for the entire Festival. The ticket price includes use of the OFCA Festival Campsite and free entry to the festival club throughout the entire Festival. The Organiser does not provide any discounts related to participation in the event shorter than the maximum available.
3. Signing the Slackline Declaration and payment of the registration fee provides each Participant with access, during opening hours, to the lines made available by the Organiser as part of OFCA Slackline: the highline and the waterline (if suspended).
4. OFCA Slackline participants are required to wear wristbands. Wristbands are issued at the Registration point after payment of the fee and signing of a declaration confirming that the person has read the OFCA Slackline Regulations and the Campsite Regulations. The wristband must be put on the User’s hand by persons authorised by the Organiser.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to verify information declared by the Participant and, in the event that the Participant provides false information, to refuse their participation in OFCA Slackline. The Organiser may also exclude a Participant from OFCA Slackline where the Participant’s behaviour poses a threat to their own safety or that of others, or disrupts the course of the Festival.
6. By declaring participation in OFCA Slackline, the Participant assumes full responsibility for their actions, including their own health and life, as well as for any material and non-material damage caused by them, including towards the Organiser and third parties, during the organisation and course of the event.
7. The Organiser bears no liability whatsoever for any damage or personal injury caused by the Participant, or that may arise in connection with their participation in OFCA Slackline, whether towards the Participant or towards third parties. Such liability rests entirely with the Participant. The Participant acknowledges that participation in OFCA Slackline, in particular the use of the highline and waterline, involves a risk of injury which cannot be entirely eliminated despite compliance with safety rules.
8. In disputed matters, the final decision is taken by the Organiser, whose vote is decisive. In disputed matters, the Participant may submit a complaint to the Organiser at the Registration point, in writing to the Organiser’s registered office address, or by e-mail to: eventcare.sp@gmail.com. The Organiser will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
9. OFCA Slackline takes place on specially prepared and secured lines, set up by designated persons who are appropriately trained and hold the relevant qualifications.
10. In order to step onto the highline, the Participant must have their own climbing harness. The harness must have the appropriate certificates (CE for PPE, UIAA), as well as markings (manufacturer, date of manufacture, serial number). The above equipment must be in good technical condition. Where the equipment does not meet the specified requirements or its expiry date has passed, it may not be used. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that their harness meets the above requirements and is used in accordance with its intended purpose and the manufacturer’s instructions.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the equipment, i.e. it may carry out random inspections through a duly authorised person. The authorised person has the right to refuse the use of equipment which does not meet the specified requirements.
12. The Participant may step onto the highline only in the presence of an authorised person from the height-work company. Access is only possible after the Participant’s harness has been checked by an authorised person. The authorised person checks the technical condition of the highline itself, the Participant’s harness, and the manner in which the harness is attached to the safety lanyard.
13. The Participant may perform a standing-up manoeuvre (e.g. a “chongo start”) only at the place designated for this purpose, i.e. behind the coloured marker placed on the line. The marker indicates a safe distance from the building structure. It is strictly forbidden to perform a standing start from the building structure before such a marker. When climbing back onto the highline, the Participant must not touch the building’s façade. The manoeuvre of getting back onto the highline after a previous fall may only be carried out with the aid of a safety lanyard, and the Participant is expected to be familiar with this technique.
14. It is recommended that the Participant equip themselves with appropriate protective clothing for the highline section (long trousers, gloves and a long-sleeved shirt). This is not mandatory; however, the lack of such clothing may result in minor injuries (such as abrasions, bruises, cuts), for which the Participant bears full responsibility.
15. It is forbidden to carry or use any sharp or pointed objects which could cause partial or complete failure of the equipment protecting the Participant (any element of the highline system, the safety lanyard, or the Participant’s harness).
16. When stepping onto the line, it is forbidden to carry items which could fall and create a hazard for people and vehicles in the vicinity (e.g. a wallet, telephone, keys, etc.). Cameras must have their own lanyard.
17. The only permitted form of safety protection on the highline is a harness with a lanyard.
18. Participants have the right to remain in the areas designated for the highline only during officially designated hours and only under the supervision of authorised persons. Opening hours of the lines: Thursday (13.08) 12:00-16:00 and 17:00-21:00; Friday (14.08) and Saturday (15.08) 10:00-15:00 and 16:00-21:00; Sunday (16.08) 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00.
19. It is forbidden to make any changes to the line mounting systems. Where there is a need to tighten one of the highlines further, or make any other technical adjustment, this should be reported to the height-work company’s staff.
20. The Organiser may temporarily change the hours during which the lines may be used, or suspend access to them, for reasons of safety, weather conditions or technical reasons; this shall not affect the Participant’s rights under applicable law.
21. Participants may move within the buildings intended for the highline section only in designated areas, marked with arrows. Only marked emergency exits may be used. It is strictly forbidden to enter unmarked rooms or to access the lines through unauthorised windows or passageways.
22. Any damage inside the premises, to the façade, or to any other element of the building will result in removal from the Festival and an obligation to repair the damage caused, in accordance with the applicable law.
23.Participants are obliged to use the highline and waterline in accordance with the Regulations, the instructions of the staff, and safety rules, and bear responsibility for any damage caused to themselves or third parties as a result of their action or omission.
24. It is forbidden to use the highline and waterline under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. The Organiser may refuse to admit such a person to the use of the lines or may exclude them from OFCA Slackline.
25. Waterline Participants may use the lines at their own risk, provided that they are able to swim. The Organiser is not responsible for the safety of Participants while in the water.
26. The Festival Participant is obliged to comply with the current sanitary guidelines established by the state authorities, applicable during the Festival.
27. Completing registration is equivalent to confirming that the person has read and accepts the provisions of these Regulations.
28. The Organiser is not liable for equipment left within the festival area.
29. A Participant who is a consumer and concludes an agreement away from the Organiser’s business premises is not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal from the agreement, as the agreement concerns services related to a sporting and recreational event provided on a specified date (Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).
